HIRSCH'S COMPETITION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Hirsch’s La Lucia Ridge store at 3 Tetford Circle, La Lucia Ridge, Gateway ("Hirsch La Lucia") in conjunction with Integer Home Loans (Pty) Ltd, reg no 2007/013756/07 (“Integer Home Loans”) are promoting Hirsch La Lucia and Integer Home Loan’s respective services by means of a competition.
- Hirsch and Integer Home Loans are offering existing mortgage bond holders the opportunity to win a prize, consisting of R8000 worth of goods at Hirsch La Lucia which will be made available through store credit, when they enter into a promotional competition.
- To enter the competition and be eligible for the prize, entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form at the Hirsch La Lucia Ridge and must apply for a home loan from Integer Home Loans (Pty) Ltd, Reg no 2007/013756/07 (“Integer Home Loans”) which home loan must replace an existing home loan with another mortgage loan provider.
- All entrants, by entering the promotional competition, agree to be bound by the competition rules.
- Entries for the competition and applications for a home Loan from Integer Home Loans must be submitted before the 31st of March 2009.
- Only the entrants who have been notified that their applications for mortgage loans from Integer Home Loans have been granted will be eligible for the prize.
- The approval of entrants' applications for mortgage loans from Integer Home Loans is subject to Integer Home Loans' standard credit assessment criteria and conditions of lending.
- The store credit can only be used at Hirsch La Lucia from the date of the and the winner may not exchange his/her prize for cash.
- The winner will be selected via a random draw from the eligible entries on the 30th of June 2008 and the results of the draw will be final and binding.
- The winner will be notified by phone by using the phone number on their entry form and/or home loan application form. If this contact number is no longer valid and the individual cannot be contacted; that entrant will forfeit the prize. Another winner will be selected in accordance with section 4.
- The prize is for the exclusive use by the winner and is not transferable or exchangeable.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner must agree to have his/her name and photo published in print and/or on the internet for purposes of advertising/promoting Hirsch and/or Integer Home Loans and/or their products.
- All information relating to this promotional competition and published on the website, and any promotional or advertising material forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
- None of Integer Home Loans, Integer (Pty) Ltd reg 201988/000944/07 ("Integer"), or The Hirsch B Trust - Registration No.1622/8721.2 ("Hirsch"), or any of their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume any liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a entrant's participation in the promotional competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
- If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the Lotteries Board or for whatever other reason, Integer shall have the right to terminate the promotional competition with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against Integer Home Loans, Integer or Hirsch and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Integer, Integer Home Loans or Hirsch, its directors, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.
